Michael Lerman FCA DipAst
Michael brings personal tax and corporate experience to the professional accountancy practice. Qualifying in 1984, Michael has gained experience of the commercial sector as Finance Director of a PLC hotel company. He returned to public practice and established Lerman & Co in 1990. Married with two children, he rides his bicycle to the office to keep fit and is an avid amateur astronomer
Stuart Davis FCCA MSc
Stuart brings a wealth of corporate accounting and tax experience to the practice. He qualified as an ACCA in 1997, having trained with a local firm and obtained his fellowship in 2002. Stuart specialises in accounting, auditing and tax investigations, as well as personal and corporation taxation services.
Denise Menashy
Denise runs the day-to-day workings of the practice and maintains the Company Secretarial department. Denise has worked with Stuart for 10 years and currently works Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Denise's mission is to ensure the office runs like clockwork.
Denise is married with two children and enjoys reading, theatre and travel.
Alka Patel
Alka is a qualified AAT accountant and is currently studying to complete her CIMA qualifications. Alka manages the accounting and book-keeping department of the practice.
Alka is married with two children. Her interests include running, yoga, music and reading. She also raises money for charity by taking part in the Cancer Research Race for Life
Margaret Maxworth
Margaret's working background was in the music industry in Australia, working in the programming department of a Radio Station with Bill Gates, who famously discovered the Bee Gees!
Margaret is the firm’s “face” and “voice” and maintains the secretarial department. She has been working with Michael for the past three years.
